MIA-3 reconstruction restores hCC-MSC-Exo-induced proliferation of HT-116 cells in vivo. HCT-116 cells were stably transfected with vector or MIA3, and then injected into nude mice as described in the ‘Materials and Methods’ section. hCC-MSC-Exos were injected into nude mice every 2 days (1 mg/kg).
