RT-qPCR assay disclosed that expressions of IL1B miRNA (a), IL6 miRNA (b) and TNFA mRNA (c) were all elevated in the NEAT1(+) group but decreased in the NEAT1(−) group compared with the corresponding NC groups during I/R injury.
