Immunohistofluorescence was performed on all of the normal human tissues and the percentage of RBD-SD1 probe interacting cells among all the DAPI-positive cells was calculated with Image J (n = 3 for all of the tissues, data are shown as the mean ± s.e.m.). The tissues that have been reported to be infected with SARS-CoV-2 varius are indicated by blue columns. The experiments were performed once.
