A) Plasma IL-15 concentration at 12 hrs after surgery in Sham and CLP50 mice that received either control IgG or αNK1.1 depleting antibody. OD450 reading for (B) IFNγ and (C) IL-10 in the supernatant of splenocytes treated with either 0 or 104 pg/mL IL-15 for either 24 or 48hrs. All data are representative from at least 2 independent experiments with at least 4–5 mice per group. (A) * = p<0.05, (B,C) *=p<0.05 for 24hrs #=p<0.05 for 48 hrs.
