siRNA was used to interfere the expression of endogenous FGFR2 (a). siRNA interference did not change the response of RBE cells to BGJ398 (b) or AZD4547 (c). The viability of RBE cells expressing different FGFR2 fusions was detected by CCK8 assay after treatment with indicated concentration of BGJ398 or AZD4547.
