DNA methylation in the Olfr17 gene. (A) The CpG methylation frequencies in the promoter and coding regions of the Olfr17 gene are shown. The frequencies are given by the number of clones that retain cytosine after bisulfite conversion in each position divided by the total number of clones analyzed. Olfr17 cytosine methylation was analyzed in olfactory mucosa from adult mice (MOE, adult), olfactory mucosa from E15.5 mouse embryos (MOE, E15.5) and liver.
