These images are Western blots detected with an anti-CD16a primary antibody. B, digestion with PNGaseF, an enzyme that removes N-glycans, increases the mobility of each protein. Black vertical lines demarcate individual sections of the blot obtained with altered exposure periods to allow comparison of the most intense features. The final images were produced from multiple images of the same blot that differed only by exposure time.
