HL-60 macrophages motility is regulated by Myo9b. HL-60 cells differentiated to macrophages were subjected to random migration on fibronectin-coated slides. Individual cells were tracked over time (A) to calculate velocity (B) and persistence (directionality) (C) of cell migration. Data are from three independent experiments with 10 cells tracked each. Tracks shown in A were arranged to have the same origin. A p-value of p ≥ 0.05 was regarded as not significant (n.s.), p ≤ 0.05 as a trend (∗), p ≤ 0.01 as significant (∗∗), and p ≤ 0.001 as highly significant (∗∗∗).
