(A–D) On the dorsum of the hand and the thumb the paratenon was partially debrided (A/B). Instead of choosing a free‐flap coverage, we decided to treat this area with Matriderm® and STSG in a single‐step procedure because the patient had high‐dose catecholamines at the time of operation.
