rspo3 ablation does not impact initial bone mineralization but increases osteoclast area of activity. Zebrafish express sox10:kaede transgene allowing fluorescent imaging of cartilage elements. Zebrafish were live-stained with Alizarin red S to visualize mineralized structures.
