The effect of Polygonum cuspidatum extraction on ASM cells proliferation and apoptosis. (A) ASM cells were treated with PDGF (10 ng/mL) and Polygonum cuspidatum extraction (0.25 mg/mL, 0.5 mg/mL, 1 mg/mL and 2 mg/mL) at different concentrations alone or in combination for 24h. Cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8. The data were expressed as mean ± SD (n=6) of each group. (B, C) ASM cells were treated with Polygonum cuspidatum extraction (0.25 mg/mL, 0.5 mg/mL, 1 mg/mL and 2 mg/mL) for 24h. The apoptosis of ASM cells were detected by Annexin-V staining.
