Cells were incubated for 24 h after seeding, and then treated phytochemicals for 24 h. After, MTT assay was performed. (B) Cell proliferation activity of phytochemicals on C2C12 cells. Cells were incubated for 48 h after seeding, and phytochemicals were treated while being replaced with three differentiation medium during six days of the differentiation period. After the differentiation period, cell proliferation activity was measured using BrdU assay. C, control.
