Overexpression of sfTSLP promoted tumour growth of ovarian and endometrial cancers in vitro. (a) mRNA expression of sfTSLP in human ovarian (A2780 and IGROV-1) and endometrial (HEC1A) cancer cells with stable transfection of sfTSLP-expression vector (pZERO-sfTSLP) or empty-expression vector (pZERO-mcs) was examined by qRT-PCR (TaqMan expression assay for TSLP (Hs00263639_m1)).
