(A) At discharge, CT imaging shows parenchymal bands, irregular interfaces, and traction bronchiectasis in left upper lobe and right lower lobe. The lesions are almost revolved on the 3-month follow-up (B) and 7-month follow-up (C) CT. This patient was enrolled in non-fibrosis group.
