Statistics of the ordinal logistic regression. Fn quantities were defined as predictors and staging or grading as ordinal variables. McFadden’s and Nagelkerke’s R2 (McFR2 and NR2, respectively) were chosen as the effect size measures. Of note was that the lesser are Akaike information criterion (AIC) and Bayesian information criterion (BIC), and the better is the fit of the model.
