Splicing of several group II introns in the ACM1-RNAi-1 chloroplast. (A) The splicing pattern of chloroplast intron-containing genes was analyzed by RT -PCR in the WT and ACM1-RNAi-1 plants. Actin was considered a control. The experiments were repeated three times with similar results. The cDNA of WT and ACM1-RNAi-1 was reverse-transcribed by total RNA from 7-day-old seedlings cotyledon.
