The pipeline of MR imaging and statistical analyses. Multicontrast MR imaging examinations including T1WI, DSI, and resting-state fMRI were performed to measure HV and SC of the iCB and iFC between the hippocampus and the PCC, respectively. A linear regression model was used to evaluate the correlation of HV with SC and iFC indices, where Y is the volume ratio of the hippocampus and X₁ and X₂ are the SC and iFC of the HP-PCC connection, respectively. HP indicates hippocampus; rsfMR, resting-state fMRI.
