a

Sex differences were assessed with χ2 tests. Age differences were assessed with ANOVA. Disease duration differences were assessed using ANCOVA, with age and sex as covariates. Other clinical and imaging differences were assessed with ANCOVA, with age, sex, and disease duration, as covariates. Correction for multiple comparisons was performed with the Tukey honest significant difference test.

b

Significant.
