Quantification of lipids secreted by γ- and electron-irradiated PBMCs

Different classes of lipid species were analyzed by mass spectrometry, including native PLs, lysoPLs, oxidized PLs, and PLs with carbonylic modifications, resolvins, and maresin secreted by γ- and electron-irradiated PBMCs. Each dot represents one donor. For HPLC-MS/MS, data of n = 3 donors are shown, and peak areas were normalized to spiked 1,2-dinonanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DNPC) controls. Horizontal bars indicate arithmetic mean. For lipidomics data, two-tailed paired t test was calculated. For statistical analysis of resolvins and maresin, two-tailed Mann-Whitney was performed. Triangles, open circles, and asterisks refer to donors 1, 2, and 3, respectively.
