After removing contaminants, missing LFQ values were imputed and statistical significance determined by two-tailed Student's t test. Proteins with twofold enrichment in ari-1^OE samples relative to control were considered as putative Ari-1 substrates. These proteins were further filtered according to the number of peptides and the imputed values in order to obtain a list of high-confidence putative substrates.
