Sixty-eight-year-old woman with thyroid carcinoma and adrenal metastasis. The thyroid carcinoma has a conventional papillary carcinoma component that is BRAF p.V600E and TERT promoter mutated (C250T) (a), associated to a small focus of anaplastic thyroid carcinoma that in addition to the same BRAF and TERT mutations carries TP53 R249T (b).
