Combinational cytotoxic activity of curcumin and its analogues against MCF-7/HER2-5 cells. MCF-7/HER2-5 cells (1 × 104 cells/well) were seeded in a 96-well plate, incubated for 24 h, and then treated with a combination of doxorubicin with A. Curcumin, B. PGV-0, and C. PGV-1. Cell viability was determined using MTT assay as described in the methods. The graph is plotted using the mean values from three replications.
