Positive correlations are shown in red. The numbers in heatmap tiles represent the correlation coefficient. The following statistical criteria were used to filter miRNA: correlation coefficient >= 0.2 for correlated microRNAs and statistical significance of correlation (p-value from cor.test function in R) < 0.01.
