EC50 values: Extract concentration corresponding to 50% of the antioxidant activity. GI50 values: concentration that inhibits 50% of cell growth. Ellipticin GI50 values (positive control): 1.21 μg/mL (MCF-7), 1.03 μg/mL (NCI-H460), 0.91 μg/mL (HeLa), 1.10 μg/mL (HepG2), and 2.29 μg/mL (PLP2). GI50 > 400 μg/mL has no activity.
