The inward protrusion of the papilla is visualized as an off-center blue patch (A). The central (red) and peripheral (yellow) ROIs used for the derivation of NP and GF are shown in B and C, respectively. The angular boundaries of the central (papillar), peripappilar, and peripheral ROIs are 0–10°, 10–18°, and 40–80°, respectively.
