A 75-year-old female patient underwent stent-assisted coil embolization for unruptured left posterior communicating artery aneurysm. The patient complained of dysarthria 22 hours after the procedure. On neurologic examination, abulia, unilateral homonymous hemianopsia, and transcortical sensory aphasia were noted. A–D, Posttreatment DWI shows numerous scattered diffusion-restrictive lesions in left cerebral hemisphere including larger lesion in left frontal cortex. PRU of the patient was 339.
