Cells were stimulated with 100-ng LPS on day eight for 1 h and harvested at 4, 8, and 20 h, followed by protein extraction and Western blot analysis. Densitometric analysis of Western immunoblots using ImageJ program provided pPkm2:Pkm2 ratio that was normalized to β-actin and compared with cells cultured without Se.
