HNF4α differential plot. HNF4α was surveyed in 38 human cancers through the Broad Institute Fire Browse portal (http://firebrowse.org/). Columns represented the accurate quantification of gene and isoform expression from RNA-Seq data. Results showed that the level of HNF4α transcripts varied in different types of cancer. The highest level of HNF4α expression was observed in (LIHC). The expression of HNF4α was up-regulated in 11 cancers and down-regulated in 14 cancers as compared with their matched normal tissues.
