(A) Co-immunoprecipitation was performed with anti-Flag beads using lysates of HEK293 cells expressing Flag-RNase H1 or Flag-RNase H2 as described in materials and methods section. Co-isolated proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and subjected to western blotting. (B) Western analysis of P32 protein co-isolated with Flag-RNase H1, then eluted with ASO/RNA duplex at different concentrations.
