Tumor involving the anterior or posterior paracervical tissue, including extension to bladder or bowel WITHOUT mucosal involvement, should be staged as IIB (as this is clinically treated as parametrial involvement) Parametrial lymph node involvement should be staged IIIC1 as they are considered pelvic lymph nodes
