NO release and reverse P-gp mediated DOX-resistant in vivo. Immunofluorescence images of tumor slices in the 2 mm3 part of tumor tissue stained with anti-NT (standard indicator of NO in vivo), anti-P-gp antibody, respectively. And Alexa Fluor 488-labeled secondary antibody were added subsequently. NO, Pgp and DOX fluorescence signals were recorded by fluorescence microscope, respectively (NO, green; P-gp, yellow; DOX, red; DAPI, blue).
