The software for determining the DEGO in the follow-up hysteroscopy videos. Step 1: Key frames were extracted from each video segment using a methodology based on the singular value decomposition. Step 2: Grayscale transformation is used to enhance the images. Step 3: The images with low contrast are enhanced using a method called local histogram equalization, which spreads out the most frequent intensity values in an image. Step 4: The program computes the Laplacian of Gaussian for images with successive SD and stacks them up in a cube. Finally, the DEGO in respond image were marked with small circles.
