Transgene IL37 expression reduces colitis associated liver inflammation and fibrosis. Livers of homozygous IL-10KO and IL-10KO/IL-37tg mice were analyzed after a 6 month course of chronic colitis. (A) Liver histology, (B) liver fibrosis and (C) liver inflammation was assessed using the HAI scoring system. (D) Hepatic mRNA levels were quantified by qPCR.
