Ventricles, colloid cyst, foramen of Monro, and skull were segmented from a CT scan. For endoscopic removal of a colloid cyst, the rigid endoscope is inserted through a burr hole into lateral ventricle and foramen of Monro. The colloid cyst sits within the foramen of Monro and can be accessed through the lateral ventricle.
