Table 4.6:

Quantitative results for different low frequency noise levels. We choose the ground truth model parameters from the synthetic test-case AT-C2. We report the performance metrics for model parameter inversion (eK,ep), the relative error in the final tumor reconstruction (μT,L2), the relative error in the reconstructed initial condition (μ0,L2), the relative error in the parameterization of the initial condition (μp,l1), the relative change in the gradient (grel)and solver timings (Tinv) in seconds. All ground truth values are indicated by ‘*’ and the inverted quantities with ‘rec’.
