The tracts shown in the anatomic dissection (Fig 5A), the 3D MR rendering (Fig 5B), and the size of the lesion above the middle cerebral artery void (arrowhead) suggest that the tumor and edema has spread into the frontal lobe via both the uncinate fasciculus and the inferior occipitofrontal fasciculus.
