(A) CD8⁺ TIL subsets were stained with an anti-Ki67 antibody, and the proliferation functions in each subset were detected by flow cytometry (^*P<0.05). (B) After stimulation with anti-CD3/CD28 beads and protein transport inhibitor for six hours, CD8⁺ TIL subsets were stained with anti-IFNγ and anti-TNFα antibodies and the cytokine secretion functions in each subset were detected by flow cytometry (^*P<0.05).
