The keratinocyte-targeted lipid-polymer nanohybrids attenuate IMQ-induced mouse psoriatic skin inflammation. The mice were subcutaneously application with different nanoparticles for three times on Day 1, 3, and 5, then the psoriasis-like skin were induced by IMQ cream from Day 1 to Day 5.
