Figure 3. Image of the right side of the patient’s head and neck taken at his one-week follow-up visit demonstrating a healing surgical incision as well as skin erythema, blistering, and peeling. Of note, the worst of the skin erythema and the blistering and peeling were only seen on the right side of his head/neck, which were the areas of his body that had been exposed to surgical lights in the operating room.
