FLR-DNA-MNP complexation for 0.5 μg of DNA per transfection on a 48-well plate format. Scalable to other well plate formats.
FLR was diluted to a total volume of 12.5 μL in OptiMEM. DNA was diluted to a total volume of 12.5 μL in OptiMEM. DNA solution was added to FLR solution and mixed thoroughly to facilitate particle formation.
An MNP volume was added straight into the FLR-DNA solution and mixed thoroughly.
