LincIN expression is increased in ESCC and is associated with a poor prognosis of patients with ESCC. (A) The expression of LincIN in 56 pairs of ESCC tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues was detected by RT-qPCR. P<0.0001, determined by Wilcoxon signed-rank test. (B) Kaplan-Meier survival analysis of the association between LincIN expression level and the overall survival of 56 patients with ESCC. P=0.0160, determined by the log-rank test. (C) The expression of LincIN in immortalized normal esophageal epithelial cell line, Het-1A, and the ESCC cell lines, TE-1, KYSE150 and Eca-109, was detected by RT-qPCR.
