From week 6 onward, disruption of the EZ was noted (indicated with white arrowheads). At eight weeks, in comparison with the baseline, there was elongation and protrusion of photoreceptor outer segments and intraretinal and subretinal bright dots (indicated with solid white arrows). There was also shallow subretinal fluid (indicated with interrupted white arrow).
