The thick membrane extension that projects distally from the basal surface of the ASP cell and narrows to a cytoneme is labeled with an arrow in some frames. The apical side projecting microvilli and the basal side projecting cytonemes are also labeled in some frames. The cells are the same as those found in Fig. 1, D and E, but the colors correspond to how they are displayed in Fig. 1, G and H. Playback speed, 15 frames per second.
