Intraoperative findings. A yellowish pink, oval, well-encapsulated tumor (marked with a pentagram) adhered to a nerve root (black arrow) without dural attachment. The nerve root was partially removed to achieve complete resection (the nerve stump is indicated with the yellow arrow).
