Different protein/dye ratios were tested and the best one was chosen based on the principle of cost-saving and acceptable S/B ratio (S/B ≥ 4). (B) Thermal shift assay reliability verification by SHP-099. The unchanged curves of no protein control (NPC) and ligand only control (LOC) suggested there were no contamination in wells or protein melting reactions and ligand–dye interactions interference.
