Titer was determined as the lowest positive dilution by monoclonal antibody-enhanced immunofluorescence assay and therefore does not have error. Neutralization is shown as percent reduction in infection compared to Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus–seronegative control plasma. Samples were tested in triplicate and the mean and standard deviation from 3 independent experiments are shown. The dashed line indicates the 50% threshold differentiating neutralizing and nonneutralizing responses.
