Each item of the family-provider partnership was rated on a five-point Likert Scale from 1 (dissatisfied) to 5 (satisfied) and then averaged together to calculate mean family-provider partnership scores and subscale scores. Before refers to retrospective reports of mean satisfaction before the onset of COVID-19, and during refers to satisfaction scores during COVID-19.
