Cerebral angiography with anteroposterior (A) and lateral (B) views in case 5. Right internal carotid angiography reveals occlusion of the right carotid fork and tiny basal collateral vessels. The right posterior cerebral artery and right posterior choroidal artery are also prominent as collateral vessels. No intracranial aneurysms can be delineated.
