Fig. 1 — The timeline shows the sequence of experimental steps animals underwent. Social interaction assessment was examined on juvenile mice. At adulthood, the mice underwent a head-post surgery, were allowed to recover, and underwent a 4 days acclimatization period to awake head-fixed imaging followed by multiple functional MRI sessions for each animal. Finally, a single structural MRI was acquired.
