vIND-ZIKV vaccination stimulates antigen-specific IFN-γ-secreting splenocytes after 1 week. Antigen-specific IFN-γ-secreting splenocytes in C57BL/6 mice (n = 5) vaccinated intramuscularly with either PBS, vIND, or vIND-ZIKV (D4W) at 10⁷ PFU were measured 7 days post vaccination by ELISPOT with E peptide IGVSNRDFVEGMSGG. Data is shown as spot-forming cells (SFC) per 10⁶ splenocytes. Asterisk represents statistical significance (p < 0.01) with the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test when comparing to the PBS-vaccinated control group. Horizontal line represents mean and error bars represent SD. Images of representative wells are shown below each group.
